Job summary

Orionplacement invites an experienced plaintiff-side personal injury attorney to lead casework from intake through settlement and trial. You will manage a substantial caseload, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with a supportive team while driving meaningful results for injured clients.

The position requires a Tennessee bar in good standing, a JD from an accredited school, and 4+ years of PI litigation experience. Memphis or Nashville markets offer in-office or remote possibilities.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Bar license in good standing.
• 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience, plaintiff-side preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage a substantial caseload and advocate for clients.

Responsibilities

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
• Manage cases from intake through settlement, mediation, litigation, and trial.
• Develop effective case strategies through legal research and evidence analysis.
