BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join our Memphis team in a remote position. The role focuses on early case development, strategic evaluation, and moving cases toward resolution before litigation.

Candidates should have a Tennessee JD, be in good standing, and possess 1–4 years of PI experience with pre-litigation emphasis. Strong liability analysis and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee; other states a plus.
• 1–4 years of personal injury experience, pre-litigation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review newly retained cases and develop an early case strategy.
• Evaluate liability, insurance coverage, and damages to determine viability.
• Identify gaps early and provide direction to the team on next steps.
• Review and approve demand packages with an assigned paralegal.
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters to maximize case value.
• Communicate with clients regarding expectations and settlement discussions.
• Partner with paralegals to manage workflow and case progression.
• Utilize the case management system for all case activity.
