BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Pre-Litigation Associate - Of Counsel (Remote) to join their team. The position is fully remote and nationwide where the firm maintains an office, allowing flexible work from any state.

The candidate will handle motions, document review, and client communications, with a focus on California employment litigation. JD required and CA bar in good standing; substantial experience is essential for Of Counsel candidacy.

Qualifications

• JD degree required.
• Bar admission in CA in good standing.
• 4+ years of California employment litigation experience for Associate consideration.
• 9+ years of relevant experience for Of Counsel level consideration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication, legal research, and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently respond to demand letters, requests for records, and agency/administrative charges.
• Assess claims and provide analysis to clients and carriers.
• Direct client and carrier contact for response handling.
• Participate in settlements and attend mediations.
• Collaborate with Professional Development team to deliver work products to clients.
• Complete client and firm administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
