Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Pre-Litigation Associate - Of Counsel for a fully remote position available nationwide, including Omaha, NE. The role focuses on pre-litigation matters such as demand letters, records requests, and agency/administrative charges.

Responsibilities include independently handling responses, analyzing claims for clients and carriers, managing direct communications, participating in mediations, and collaborating with the Professional Development team to deliver client work

Qualifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 4+ years of California employment litigation experience for Associate role.
• 9+ years of California experience for Of Counsel with first chair capacity.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and drafting skills.
• Strong communication and legal research abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Independently respond to demand letters, records requests, and agency/administrative charges.
• Assess claims and provide analysis to clients and carriers.
• Direct client and carrier contact for responses.
• Participate in mediations and settlement activities.
• Collaborate with Professional Development team for deliverables.
• Complete administrative tasks as assigned by leadership.
