BCG Attorney Search seeks a Pre-Litigation Associate - Of Counsel for a fully remote position available nationwide, including Kansas City, MO. The attorney handles pre-litigation matters such as demand letters and records requests, with direct client and carrier contact for responses.

The role requires CA bar admission in good standing, strong organizational skills, and extensive experience in California employment litigation for Associate or Of Counsel track. Remote work flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Bar admission in California and in good standing.
• Minimum 4 years of California employment litigation experience for Associate role.
• For Of Counsel: 9+ years of relevant experience with first chair capacity.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong drafting ability.

Responsibilities

• Independently respond to demand letters, requests for records, and agency/administrative charges.
• Assess claims and provide analysis to clients and carriers.
• Engage in direct client and carrier contact for response handling.
• Participate in settlement activities, including mediations.
• Collaborate with the Professional Development team for client work product delivery.
• Complete administrative tasks as assigned by firm leadership.
