Job summary

InStride Health, Inc. is hiring a fully remote Child & Adolescent Therapist based in Pennsylvania to deliver family‑centric, evidence‑based care for children and teens with anxiety and related disorders.

Therapists use CBT, ACT, DBT within a CBT‑informed framework and work with a multidisciplinary team. Applicants must hold a Ph.D./PsyD, LCSW, or LPC with PA licensure and have experience treating pediatric anxiety.

Qualifications

• Ph.D./PsyD or LCSW or LPC & Masters degree required.
• Pennsylvania licensure appropriate to clinical discipline.
• Strong background in treating children/adolescents with anxiety and related disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based individual and group treatment to patients and families.
• Use measurement‑based care to inform treatment planning.
• Collaborate with other care team members and supervisors.
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation and participate in trainings.
