Job summary

Agent is seeking a Construction Estimator to own the estimating workload for US-based projects. The role requires 3+ years of US construction estimating experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

You will identify bidding opportunities, perform quantity takeoffs, and prepare competitive bids while coordinating with vendors. The position is full-time and remote with US Eastern Time alignment, 40 hours per week, and a strong emphasis on independence, reliability, and bid accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of US construction estimating experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Strong understanding of US estimating practices.
• Experience with takeoffs and bid preparation.
• PlanHub experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify bidding opportunities aligned with capabilities.
• Perform quantity takeoffs using PlanHub and other tools.
• Review drawings and project requirements to determine scope.
• Prepare and submit accurate bids for full or partial scopes.
• Submit bids within required deadlines.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, revisions, and bid updates.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
• Support pre-construction activities and handoff.
• Maintain organized bidding records.
• Attend weekly strategic planning meetings with leadership.
• Provide updates during planning discussions.
• Work independently and manage estimating priorities.
