Job summary

UT Health San Antonio seeks a Sponsored Programs Support Center Specialist - Intermediate to work with assigned departments on pre-award activities. You will assist PIs and the Office of Sponsored Programs with timely information for quality proposals and monitor the portfolio of sponsored awards.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of proposal administration and compliance elements.
• Familiarity with federal/state sponsor regulations and OMB Uniform Guidance.
• Experience with proposal development and financial administration software.

Responsibilities

• Communicate submission deadlines and sponsor due dates to PIs.
• Coordinate all proposal submissions and budget components for PIs.
• Ensure proposals are entered in Cayuse or applicable system before routing to OSP.
