Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine seeks a Pre-Award Manager to lead external funding proposals. You will guide sponsors through guidelines, develop budgets, and coordinate timelines with faculty and staff.

Responsibilities include assembling proposals in Cayuse, managing subawards, and ensuring timely, compliant submissions. Remote or on-campus work is available with travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience interpreting sponsor guidelines and coordinating proposal preparation.
• Proficiency with Cayuse and federal submission systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive proposal development and submission support.
• Develop complex budgets and budget justifications.
• Coordinate proposal components from internal and external collaborators.
• Assist with assembling proposals in Cayuse and uploading to sponsor portals.
