Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience.
• 3+ years of analysis or provider/medical operations experience.
• Experience in value-based care, practice transformation, or quality improvement initiatives preferred.
• Experience working directly with provider groups, physicians, or clinical teams preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable, data-driven strategies.
• Licensure or certification in healthcare quality or project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to provider practices, assessing clinical, operational, and financial performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing practice engagements and determining effective intervention strategies based on data and business impact.
• Develop and lead execution of customized transformation plans to improve quality metrics, operational workflows, and financial outcomes.
• Lead design and implementation of workflow redesign initiatives, including EHR optimization, documentation, and billing practices.
• Diagnose root causes of underperformance and develop targeted, data-driven solutions.
• Provide guidance to providers and care teams to support adoption of optimized workflows and sustainable improvements.
• Analyze performance data (HEDIS, pay-for-performance, cost trends) to inform strategic recommendations.
• Translate data insights into actionable strategies tailored to practices and market needs.
• Monitor progress against goals and adjust strategies to ensure targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with Market Ops, Quality, and Population Health to align on initiatives.
• Influence provider decisions through data-driven education and engagement.
• Serve as liaison between practices and leadership to elevate risks and drive alignment.
• Identify trends and opportunities across practices to inform broader strategies.
• Contribute to best practices, tools, and frameworks for transformation efforts.
• Support special projects aligned with value-based care goals.
