Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience.
3+ years of analysis or provider/medical operations experience in healthcare or managed care.
Experience in value-based care, practice transformation, or quality improvement initiatives preferred.
Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and develop data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic advisor to provider practices, assessing clinical, operational, and financial performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Lead workflow redesign and optimization including EHR, clinical documentation, and billing practices.
Analyze performance data (e.g., HEDIS, pay-for-performance) to inform recommendations and improvements.
Partner with internal stakeholders to align on performance improvement initiatives and influence decision-making.
