Job summary

Henry Schein One is seeking an Ascend Practice Management Trainer to deliver remote and onsite training for Ascend PMS to new and existing customers. The role requires 2–4 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Henry Schein solutions.

You will work with Implementation and Support teams, maintain calendars, and strive for CSAT scores above 90%. The position is remote within the United States, with up to 65% travel and opportunities to mentor

Qualifications

• Typically 2–4 years of related professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
• Intermediate understanding of industry practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Practice management software and Henry Schein solutions experience.
• Professional training experience.
• Dental industry experience.
• Good verbal and written communication and basic presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate remote training calls and onsite visits with new and existing customers using standardized curriculum.
• Instruct offices using prepared curriculum on each topic.
• Provide post-training session documentation on related topics.
• Maintain updated calendar and schedule follow-up sessions.
• Maintain a CSAT score of 90%+.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Support teams to resolve issues for customers.
• Travel up to 65%.
• Mentor new employees and shadow trainings across teams.
• Attend weekly team meetings and document sessions in CRM.
