Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR and communication strategies aligned with company priorities and business objectives.
• Draft, edit, and coordinate press releases, media statements, executive commentary, talking points, FAQs, briefing materials, and other external communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, analysts, and other media contacts.
• Proactively identify media opportunities and develop compelling story angles.
• Manage media outreach, interview coordination, press inquiries, and follow-up.
• Support communications surrounding product launches, partnerships, customer announcements, corporate milestones, events, and other major initiatives.
• Partner with executives to develop speeches, keynotes, interview prep, quotes, and thought-leadership content.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, business development, legal, investor relations, and other teams to ensure messaging is accurate and positioned.
• Develop and maintain key messaging, corporate narratives, background materials, executive bios, media kits, and other assets.
• Support corporate social media and digital communications by translating company developments into clear content.
• Monitor media coverage, industry developments, competitor communications, and emerging narratives.
• Track PR performance, media coverage, share of voice, and other KPIs with regular reporting.
• Assist with issues management and time-sensitive communications.
• Manage relationships with external PR agencies, wire services, vendors, and partners.

The PR Manager will be responsible for developing compelling corporate narratives, managing media relations, supporting executive communications, and coordinating communications around company announcements, partnerships, product launches, events, and other strategic milestones. • Assist with issues management and time-sensitive communications, ensuring responses are coordinated, accurate, and appropriately reviewed.
• Manage relationships with external PR agencies, wire services, vendors, and communication partners as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, media relations, or a related communications role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience producing executive-level and external-facing content.
• Strong understanding of media relations and experience working directly with journalists and publications.
