Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years in IT or business systems, or a high school diploma with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience leading product ownership for enterprise systems and roadmapping.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute system strategy in partnership with business leaders and IT.
• Lead design, configuration, reporting, testing, and upgrades of the supported system.
• Direct vendor activities, manage change, and oversee staff performance and development.
• Own the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.
