Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Product Owner for the PPM tool (Clarity) to drive system strategy and roadmap across multiple US markets. You will partner with business leaders, IT, and stakeholders to oversee design, configuration, reporting, testing, and upgrades while guiding change management and staff development.

The role is remote across the United States with EST/CST hours and requires strong leadership and product ownership experience to align initiatives with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 8+ years in IT or business systems management.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop system strategy in partnership with business leaders and IT.
• Lead design, configuration, reporting, testing, implementations, and upgrades of the supported system(s).
• Oversee vendor activities and manage change management, training, and staff development.
