Job summary

Apollo Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager to drive the rollout and continuous improvement of a portfolio management tool. The role will coordinate pilots, onboarding, and governance across enterprise PMOs with a focus on process definition and capability expansion.

The position emphasizes training, change adoption, and collaboration with development teams to ensure successful delivery and user enablement.

Qualifications

7+ years IT project management experience in a formal PM role.
3+ years in program, portfolio, or agile project management.
Experience with software testing, training, and user guide development.
High proficiency in project scheduling with Microsoft Project or similar enterprise PPM tool.
Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and the Office suite.

Responsibilities

Lead pilot, rollout, and scale of the PPM tool across the enterprise.
Support project planning and scheduling adoption for PMs.
Roll out change request workflow and promote tool adoption.
Configure/develop portfolio, program, and agile management modules in the PPM tool.
Collaborate with SDLC for requirements, testing, and delivery.
Create and deliver role‑specific training and knowledge base content.
Support governance committees overseeing PPM tool capabilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
