Scale Army Careers is seeking a Mid-Junior PPC Specialist to join a remote, fast‑growing B2B marketing consultancy. You will execute and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta Ads, manage budgets and pacing, and communicate results to clients.

You’ll also help build dashboards and contribute to strategy with internal teams. The role is fully remote with EST business hours, and offers hands‑on experience across multiple campaigns, with opportunities to advance to owning several

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in paid media, PPC, or performance marketing.
• Experience managing B2B paid media campaigns.
• Experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Experience managing significant paid media budgets.
• Experience optimizing campaigns through bidding, pacing, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Experience using HubSpot and/or Salesforce reporting.
• Experience connecting paid media performance to meetings, pipeline, and revenue.
• Experience collaborating with creative and design teams.
• Experience working in a client‑facing agency or consultancy environment.
• Experience with Bing Ads is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta Ads.
• Monitor pacing, budgets, bids, performance, and delivery.
• Launch campaigns based on client strategy and objectives.
• Analyze performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Pause, optimize, or scale campaigns based on data.
• Support Bing Ads when needed.
• Update client dashboards weekly.
• Review metrics across funnel stages and revenue signals.
• Pull reporting from HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Identify data inconsistencies and provide actionable recommendations.
• Grow into ownership of multiple client accounts.
