• Deep hands-on PPC expertise with Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Strong B2B lead generation/performance marketing background.
• Ability to communicate performance insights and strategy to leadership.
• Experience supporting multiple industries/accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid search and paid media strategy across multiple brands (Google Ads, Bing Ads, display, and future paid social/programmatic).
• Partner with the current agency initially, transitioning strategy and spend ownership internally over time.
• Act as player-coach for the paid performance team, sharing knowledge and presenting insights to leadership.
