Superior Executive & Legal Recruiting is seeking a results-driven Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Manager to lead Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for a high-performing marketing team. Fully remote role focusing on paid media that drives qualified leads and measurable ROI.

The candidate will own strategy, bidding, tracking (GA4/GTM), reporting, and collaboration with engineering and BI teams to optimize performance and scale campaigns across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management.
• Experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
• Expertise with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with high-volume lead generation campaigns and measurable ROI.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills.
• Experience collaborating with developers on tracking implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Own bidding, budgets, keyword strategy, ad copy, landing page recommendations, and A/B testing.
• Manage conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and UTM parameters.
• Analyze campaign performance and produce key metrics (CPL, CPS, CP-COCA, budget pacing).
• Reconcile reporting across Google Ads, Meta, Five9, CallRail, and BI platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve tracking issues and continuously improve performance.
