Job summary

NovaKid is a global leader in online English education for children aged 4–12. We are seeking a PPC Marketing Manager to grow Easy Start, Novakid’s entry-level product that broadens the acquisition funnel and drives users toward higher-value offerings.

The role is hands-on, data-driven, and centered on fast paid social experimentation with Meta and Google ads. You will run tests, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with creative, product, analytics, and activation teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven track record managing PPC campaigns, preferably in paid social.
• Experience with quick creative testing and rapid campaign iteration.
• Strong understanding of paid acquisition metrics and performance optimization.
• Ability to make decisions based on early performance signals and campaign data.
• Comfortable working with multiple creatives, audiences, and funnel hypotheses.

Responsibilities

• Identify and run scalable acquisition channels, regions, offers, creatives and connections.
• Launch, manage, and optimize Meta and Google ads campaigns for Easy Start.
• Run fast creative testing cycles: define hypotheses, launch tests, analyze results, and iterate quickly.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, including spend, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA/CAC, conversion rate, and lead quality.
• Identify winning creatives, audiences, placements, and messages.
• Proactive decision making beyond purely operational tasks - make calls on what to launch, change, stop or scale.
• Work closely with creative, product, analytics, and activation teams to improve the full paid traffic funnel.
• Provide clear performance updates and practical recommendations for next steps.
