Job summary

Cambium Learning Group's ExploreK12 division is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist (PPC/SEO) to support the Growth and Demand team from a remote US location. You will help set up campaigns, optimize paid media and SEO, generate performance reports and support e-commerce campaigns across lead gen and awareness initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience including PPC and SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics and paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta).

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and launching paid media campaigns across awareness, lead gen, and e-commerce.
• Conduct basic keyword research and on-page SEO updates (metadata, internal linking, content optimization).
• Pull and maintain regular PPC/paid media and SEO reports and dashboards.
• Support cross-channel optimization and landing page updates.
