Eaton is seeking a Project Manager - Power Systems for remote work within allowed U.S. states. You will lead turnkey electrical upgrade projects from start to finish, coordinating designers, engineers, and contractors while managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.

The role requires 8+ years in PM and experience with electrical power distribution, with 25% travel and a company vehicle provided. Salary ranges from 113000 to 165000 USD annually, with incentive eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of project management experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience managing electrical power distribution and multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and schedules.

Responsabilités

• Lead electrical upgrade projects including substations and power systems.
• Read and apply engineering drawings and technical specs.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, procurement, and risk for multiple projects.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, contracting, and performance.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance and maintain QA/QC processes.
• Develop project plans, progress reports, and contingency plans.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with customers and stakeholders.
• Support proposal development and turnkey opportunity scoping.
