Job summary

Prologis is seeking a skilled Manager, Procurement - Energy Solutions to develop and optimize sourcing programs for energy and real estate projects across the Americas. You will partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost-effective, scalable procurement strategies, including EPC contracts and long-lead equipment.

The role requires strategic procurement judgment combined with hands-on sourcing across solar, storage, EV, onsite generation, microgrids, and related services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement and sourcing experience, including negotiations and supplier management.
• Experience evaluating RFPs for energy-related contractors and long-lead equipment.
• Procurement experience in energy infrastructure categories (EPC, solar, storage, etc.).
• Ability to improve total cost of ownership and supplier performance.
• Ability to scale procurement strategies across an enterprise.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead competitive sourcing, negotiations, and contracting for energy projects and related services.
• Develop category strategies across energy assets by analyzing supply chains and supplier capabilities.
• Establish and maintain the Energy Solutions procurement engagement model across sourcing needs.
• Aggregate demand, identify supplier synergies, and strengthen purchasing leverage.
• Monitor market and policy conditions to mitigate risks and inform sourcing decisions.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing initiatives including RFPs, evaluations, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Finance and project teams to manage inventory and timelines.
