Overview
We’re looking for a highly adaptable, solutions-driven Procurement Specialist to support sourcing and procurement operations across active projects.

You’ll work closely with operations, engineering, and project teams, playing a key role in ensuring critical equipment is sourced and delivered successfully.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage procurement of specialized and long-lead equipment across multiple projects
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and project teams
- Identify opportunities to expedite or optimize sourcing strategies
- Mitigate risks related to delays, shortages, and vendor constraints
- Build and maintain strong vendor and stakeholder relationships
- Track procurement activities across multiple workstreams for visibility
- Support reporting, dashboards, and procurement tracking tools
- Contribute to improving procurement processes and workflows
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a solutions-first approach
- Ability to operate within structure while adapting when needed
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience collaborating across 3–5+ stakeholders/teams
- Solid understanding of procurement fundamentals
- Technical aptitude — able to quickly learn complex equipment
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in renewable energy, power, or electrical equipment (MV/HV, inverters, etc.)
- Familiarity with Power BI, dashboards, or reporting tools
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities
