Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in purchasing, supply chain or project management.
• Power generation, utilities or oil and gas experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and team delegation.
• Ability to read engineering drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the P2P process and purchase orders; ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
• Ensure contract compliance and supplier performance.
• Mentor procurement personnel and supervise staff.
• Coordinate procurement strategies with designated business units.
• Manage time and attendance for the procurement team.
