Job summary

Priority Power is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join the Contracts and Procurement team. This role supports sourcing, POs, and supplier management across transmission, substation, and distribution projects, with remote or hybrid work options and up to 25% travel to job sites and offices.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in procurement for industrial or energy infrastructure projects, familiarity with RFP processes and ERP systems, and strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of procurement or sourcing experience on industrial/construction/energy projects.
• Understanding of project sourcing processes, tools, and contractual terms.
• Experience with electronic RFP/e-sourcing platforms and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of materials, engineered equipment, and services across multiple projects.
• Assist with supplier prequalification, evaluation, and onboarding.
• Develop bid packages and support solicitations, bid evaluations, and award recommendations.
• Maintain electronic RFP process and procurement system issues as escalation point.
• Enter and manage POs, change orders, and tracking in procurement systems.
• Support contract administration and change management processes.
• Oversee contractor invoices and PO payments per agreement terms.
• Identify commercial risks and escalate to Senior Procurement Manager.
• Coordinate delivery milestones and integrate into master project schedules.
• Maintain audit-ready procurement documentation and reports.
