Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute mid-to-large projects within budget and schedule.
• Develop proposals, scopes, schedules, and resource plans.
• Maintain QA/QC and contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular client communications and management reporting.
