Job summary

WSP Global Inc. seeks a Project Manager for Power Delivery Project Management in the Midwest region. Based in MO/IL/KS/KY with potential remote work, travel to client offices may be required. Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and QA/QC across high voltage projects to meet delivery standards.

You’ll guide cross-functional teams, manage risks, and drive performance analytics to support decisions. Requires 10+ years in power/utility PM and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or related field in Power & Energy Market.
• 10+ years of relevant post-education experience; PM role in Power Delivery/Utility preferred.
• 3+ years leading engineering/construction teams for high/extra-high voltage projects.
• Experience with IOUs/IPP/Co-ops/Munis preferred.
• Familiarity with PM processes and tools including Earned Value, Change, Risk and Schedule management.
• Proven safety track record and ability to adhere to health/safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning for multiple concurrent projects through full lifecycle.
• Manage schedule, budget, and resources including vendors and contractors.
• Lead client discussions and develop client relationships.
• Serve as primary project authority on major issues.
• Track metrics and ensure regulatory and corporate compliance across all phases.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage QA/QC per contract requirements.
