Job summary

Leidos Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Strategic Program Consulting team within the Power Delivery Solutions division. You will manage a large portfolio of electric projects, coordinating across stakeholders to ensure scope, cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction.

The role offers remote work capabilities with periodic travel to client sites in New York and the Northeastern US.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel periodically with a valid driver’s license.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management in electric utility context.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project budgets and forecasts monthly.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery including permitting, logistics, and cost constraints.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory targets and governance policies.
• Lead project teams and host meetings to resolve issues and drive performance.
• Maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 with milestones and resources.
• Provide leadership to internal and external stakeholders to deliver annual targets.
