Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Project Manager for the Power Delivery PM team. This role supports high voltage and EHV substation, transmission and distribution projects from Baltimore or DC, with remote work options. Travel to offices or client sites may be required for face-to-face meetings.

You will lead planning, budgeting, and scheduling, supervise cross-functional teams, manage external vendors, and drive client relationships while ensuring compliance with safety, QA/QC, and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or other related field within the Power & Energy Market.
• 10+ years of relevant post-education experience, preferably in Power Delivery/Utility PM.
• 3+ years leading engineering/construction teams on HV or EHV projects.
• Experience with IOUs, IPPs, Co-Ops, Munis, etc.
• Knowledge of PM processes and tools: Contract Mgmt, EV, Schedule, Risk, Change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning across initiation, design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and close-out.
• Manage project schedule, budget, resources, and external vendors.
• Lead client discussions and build client relationships.
• Serve as primary project authority on major issues.
• Monitor metrics and ensure regulatory and QA/QC compliance.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and manage contracts and deliverables.
