Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Project Manager for our Power Delivery Project Management team in the Midwest. The role supports high voltage and EHV Substation, Transmission, and Distribution projects across multiple offices with partial remote work. Travel to WSP/client sites is required as needed.

You will lead planning, execution, and control across the project lifecycle, guiding cross-functional teams and managing budget, schedule, and risk to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or other related field within the Power & Energy Market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project planning process incl. initiation, design, engineering, material procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out for multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage project implementation including schedule, budget, and resources including external vendors and contractors.
• Lead client discussions and develop/grow client relationships.
• Serve as the primary project authority on major project-related issues.
• Responsible for metrics tracking, reporting to stakeholders, and compliance with procedures during all project phases.
