Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Project Manager for our Power Delivery PM team in the Midwestern region, with a focus on high voltage and EHV transmission projects across multiple offices. The role supports project lifecycle from proposal to close-out, delivering quality and compliant results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years post-education experience; PM role in Power Delivery/Utility preferred.
• Experience with IOUs, IPPs, Co-ops, Munis, etc.
• Experience leading engineering/construction teams on HV/EHV projects.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management and project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning: initiation, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, close-out.
• Manage schedule, budget, and resources including vendors/contractors.
• Lead client discussions and grow client relationships.
• Serve as primary project authority on major issues.
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance across all phases; manage cross-functional teams.
• Monitor metrics and reporting to stakeholders; ensure regulatory and corporate compliance.
