Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc. seeks a Senior Pre-Construction Manager to own the pre-construction process, driving value across cost, schedule and quality.

You will develop Project Execution Plans, dashboards, and templates, ensure seamless phase transitions, and equip delivery teams with reproducible tools to increase predictability while reducing risk. Remote-friendly within the U.S.; travel up to 20–30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-construction, estimating, project engineering, or project planning for medium- to large-scale construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience with stage-gate frameworks and developing Project Execution Plans.
• Ability to translate commercial and technical inputs into executable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead phase handoffs and ensure stage-gate quality across the full project lifecycle.
• Produce and validate Project Execution Plans and mobilization deliverables.
• Develop playbooks, checklists, templates, and dashboards for project teams.
• Create KPIs and dashboards to track pre-construction performance and risks.
• Capture lessons learned and run root-cause analyses for early-project issues.
• Provide execution-focused input to commercial terms and subcontractor sequencing.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and document action owners.
