Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data modeling, or a related field.
• Experience building and supporting analytics solutions that combine data from multiple sources.
• Strong hands-on Power BI experience including data models, DAX, and dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills: writing queries, joins, summaries, validation.
• Understanding of data governance, quality, and reporting accessibility.
• Ability to clarify undefined business questions and deliver accurate analytics.
• Clear communication to non-technical audiences; document rules and report logic.
• Balance multiple priorities and raise risks when leadership input is needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand analytics needs and document requirements.
• Design, build, test, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, measures, and visuals.
• Turn business questions into practical analytics solutions for decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Query, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources using SQL and data models.
• Maintain and improve dashboards, reports, datasets, and analytics assets.
• Troubleshoot report, refresh, data quality, and system issues with technical teams when needed.
• Create and maintain documentation for reports, data sources, and business rules.
• Collaborate across business, analytics, and technology teams to review processes and improve workflows.
