Job summary

Aleknagik Technology, LLC is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to modernize the Command's decision-making environment through interactive dashboards and real-time data pipelines for HQ AFRC/A4. Qualifications

• Proficiency with Power BI including data modeling, DAX, row-level security, and visualization optimization.
• Experience building real-time ETL/ELT pipelines and integrating enterprise data sources.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and query optimization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy interactive BI dashboards using Power BI.
• Build and maintain real-time, high-availability data pipelines with authoritative Air Force data sources (BLADE, Envision, Palantir/Foundry).
• Perform ETL/ELT transformations, advanced DAX modeling, and data structuring for scalable analytics.
• Data validation, cleansing, profiling, and reconciliation to ensure analytics accuracy.
• Maintain dashboard and pipeline performance through O&M, tuning, and version control.
• Develop onboarding processes for integrating new workloads into the A4 portfolio.
• Implement UI/UX best practices for intuitive dashboard navigation.
• Engineer modular, air-gapped data models for SIPRNet deployment.
• Provide technical support addressing data availability and dashboard functionality.
