Job summary

Planned Systems International (PSI) seeks a data analytics developer to join the enterprise reporting and cloud modernization effort leveraging Azure, Databricks, Power BI, and Power Platform.

You will collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Architects, and Data Scientists to design dashboards, build KPI-driven reports, and translate complex datasets into actionable insights for stakeholders across government and commercial programs. Remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10 years software development experience.
• Experience with Databricks analytics, reporting, and data transformation.
• Experience with Azure Cloud services and architecture.
• Strong Power BI proficiency including data models and reporting.
• Proficiency with Power Apps and SharePoint.
• SQL programming skills and understanding of databases.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure services, Power Apps, and Power Platform technologies.
• Support cloud modernization initiatives, migrating legacy reporting and analytics to Azure and Databricks environments.
• Participate as an active member of the scrum team, contributing to velocity and sprint ceremonies.
• Design and code high-quality deliverables adhering to standards and design principles.
• Produce quality and timely deliverables.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for decision-making.
• Build informative reports/dashboards and apply statistical methods to insights.
