Job summary

Keypath Education is seeking a Student Enrolment Advisor to work remotely from Australia, focusing on Canadian students pursuing Australian-university partnered postgraduate courses. You will handle inbound inquiries, outreach, and enrolment guidance with a consultative sales approach.

The role requires at least 2 years in phone-based sales, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple prospects in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of phone-based sales experience.
• Proven success in B2C consultative sales, student enrolments or admissions advising.
• Experience achieving KPIs, sales targets or performance goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence managing multiple opportunities through a sales pipeline.
• Proactive, organised and self-motivated approach to working remotely.
• Experience within higher education or education sales is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective Canadian students who have already expressed interest in studying.
• Manage inbound enquiries and make outbound calls using an automated dialler.
• Understand students' career goals, motivations and study interests.
• Guide students through postgraduate course options using a consultative sales approach.
• Help students understand the value and suitability of studying with an Australian university partner.
• Follow up on applications and support students through the enrolment process.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline.
• Achieve enrolment and sales targets while delivering an exceptional student experience.
• Collaborate with your team through daily coaching sessions and team huddles.
