DHL eCommerce is seeking a Postal Business Analyst to ensure postage payment systems' accuracy and manage USPS billing. You will develop tools and dashboards to recover overpayments and monitor trends, collaborating with Finance, Operations, Postal Affairs, and Technology teams to resolve data issues.

The role offers growth opportunities and requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of data analytics experience, with proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Databricks as key assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IS, Data Analytics, Finance, Eng, Math or related field.
• 2–5 years in data analysis, BI, finance analytics, or business analytics.
• Experience designing reports/dashboards with SQL, Power BI, SQL Server, Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze USPS postage charges to ensure billing accuracy.
• Identify overpayments, discrepancies, and revenue leakage.
• Develop tools, dashboards, and scorecards to monitor expenses.
• Mine large datasets using Databricks, SQL and BI tools.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Postal Affairs, and Tech teams.
• Document methodologies and data governance standards.
