You will manage workflow based on transaction volume and act as the primary escalation point for questions and issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Prior real estate transaction processing and customer service experience.
• Experience with managing title and escrow transactions, especially post-closing or funding.
• Ability to coach and train staff and motivate teams; lead by example.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume paperless environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• People-first approach with focus on agent and consumer experience.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems with high competency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Post Closing Specialists to drive team success, including scheduling and timecard approvals.
• Hire, interview and onboard; conduct training and ongoing staff development.
• Serve as main escalation point for team questions and issues; collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes.
• Continuously evaluate procedures to create efficiencies and increase productivity; analyze feedback and prepare reports.
