Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with Real Estate transaction processing and customer service.
• Experience with title and escrow transactions, especially post-closing/funding.
• Ability to coach and train staff to drive success.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Post Closing Specialists to drive success.
• Manage capacity and workflow of each Specialist.
• Oversee hiring, interviewing and on-boarding processes.
• Coordinate staff orientation and ongoing training.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage timecards/vacations.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and feedback sessions.
• Serve as escalation point for team questions and issues.
• Collaborate with Escrow Officers and stakeholders to improve processes.
• Analyze feedback and report findings to leadership.
• Identify efficiencies and drive continuous improvement across the team.
