Accurate Group in California is seeking an Escrow Funder & Post-Close Specialist to join its growing team. You will review funding readiness, coordinate escrow disbursements, prepare wire transfers, and manage recording from setup to submission.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail and collaboration with lenders, title personnel, and recording offices while adhering to procedures. This is a remote, full-time position for a California resident, with Pacific Time hours.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in escrow operations and funding.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; draft simple correspondence; and clearly present information to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume, and apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
• Ability to use common-sense reasoning to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions and resolve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsabilidades

• Examine disbursement packages and transaction documents for errors or deficiencies.
• Coordinate escrow fund disbursements and ensure timeliness.
• Prepare, coordinate, and process funding for real estate transactions.
