Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Post Acute Wound Healing Specialist for Cincinnati, OH with a remote work option. You will drive growth in the post-acute care market by building trusted clinician relationships and coordinating orders, documentation, and patient support.

You will use data-driven territory planning, collaborate across conferences and trade shows, and maintain Salesforce data while meeting sales quotas and expanding wound care adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2+ years of sales or clinical experience, or a HS Diploma/GED with 6+ years in sales or clinical experience.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and targets.
• Experience in wound care, medical device, or DME sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales territory to achieve sustainable business growth
• Use data and analytics to support effective business planning
• Maintain sales call data and business planning in Salesforce.com
• Consult with clinicians on product usage and solutions
• Persuade stakeholders at post-acute facilities to adopt products
• Identify new patients for therapy and ensure documentation for orders
• Provide customer support and service during conferences and trade shows
