Ladders is seeking a Post Acute Wound Healing Specialist for Cincinnati, OH with a remote work option. You will drive growth in the post-acute care market by building trusted clinician relationships and coordinating orders, documentation, and patient support.

You will use data-driven territory planning, collaborate across conferences and trade shows, and maintain Salesforce data while meeting sales quotas and expanding wound care adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2+ years of sales or clinical experience, or a HS Diploma/GED with 6+ years in sales or clinical experience.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and targets.
• Experience in wound care, medical device, or DME sales.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Post Acute Wound Healing Specialist- Cincinnati, OH to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This remote sales role is focused on driving growth within the post-acute care market by building trusted relationships with clinicians and facility stakeholders. You will use data-driven territory planning to expand adoption of wound care solutions while supporting patients and coordinating the documentation needed for orders. The position also requires close collaboration across customer-facing settings, including conferences and trade shows, to strengthen market presence and service levels.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $126,400 – $173,800 annually
