Job summary

adm-Indicia is seeking an Account Manager to oversee day-to-day management of retail print, POSM, and branded assets for a key client account. You will liaise between client stakeholders, internal teams and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and continuous improvement.

The role offers remote work with travel to client sites as required, and requires strong relationship management, budget oversight and experience in FMCG/retail environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Project Management, Marketing Services, Print Management, POSM or Promotional Merchandise.
• Strong understanding of retail marketing, print production and point-of-sale materials.
• Experience managing projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with suppliers and coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Good commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets and costs.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and project tracking tools.
• Experience within FMCG, retail, shopper marketing or agency environments.
• A proactive approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Manage multiple projects from brief to delivery, ensuring budgets and timelines.
• Source retail print, POSM, display units and promotional merchandise.
• Oversee production, artwork approvals and quality across deliverables.
• Manage budgets, PO, invoicing and project spend with cost savings.
• Produce regular status, spend and KPI reporting.
• Support innovation and sustainability by exploring new materials.
• Share market insights to drive account growth.
