adm Indicia is seeking an Account Manager to lead day-to-day client accounts across print, POS, and promotional programs in a hybrid US role based in Austin, MN. You will manage inventory, coordinate with vendors, and align programs with client goals and adm Indicia’s commercial objectives.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, project leadership, supplier oversight, and data-driven performance reporting, with travel to client sites three times weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing account management handling print or POS programs.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and direct vendor communication.
• Strong project management, organization, time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to travel to client sites 3 times per week.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for client-related matters, building trusted partnerships.
• Project Management and Execution: Oversee end-to-end sale process, create plans, timelines and budgets, ensure on-time delivery.
• Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time production and delivery; manage relationships and cost/quality.
• Campaign Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track program performance and report to client and leadership, use data to improve future plans.
