Job summary

adm Indicia is a next-generation brand activation agency delivering ROI-driven experiences for clients in the United States. The Account Manager will guide day-to-day management of client accounts, oversee project execution across print, POS, and promotional programs, and own inventory management to ensure on-time delivery.

You’ll work with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align programs with client goals and adm’s commercial objectives.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in client-facing account management handling print and/or POS programs.
  • Proven experience managing supplier relationships including direct vendor communication and issue resolution.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with ability to assess the big picture and identify opportunities.
  • Self-starter with resourceful, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Strong project or order management skills with outstanding organization and multitasking.
  • Demonstrated success in growing and maintaining accounts, driving revenue and margins.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with client marketing teams, internal supply chain groups, and global stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a confident client-facing presence.
  • Detail-oriented with strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint proficiency.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will lead the day-to-day management of client accounts, overseeing project execution across print, point-of-sale (POS), and promotional programs. This role blends elements of client relationship management, project coordination, supply chain oversight, and strategic account leadership. You’ll take ownership of inventory management and ensure the on-time delivery of key client initiatives. Working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams, you will develop and deliver programs that align with client both client goals and adm’s commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, building and maintaining trusted partnerships.
  • Deliver best-in-class service by understanding client brands, objectives, and industry dynamics to develop strategies and solutions that drive business growth.
  • Drive client sales and profitability by developing value-driven solutions and ensuring cost control.
Project Management and Execution
  • Manage the end-to-end sale process for the client - from initial briefs and quoting to proof approvals, production, quality standards, and final delivery of all items.
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, identifying resource requirements while mitigating risks and ensuring deliverables stay on track.
  • Maintain proactive client communicate and address any concerns or challenges within agreed SLAs.
  • Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to meet all deadlines.
  • Support adm’s sustainability objectives by delivering projects that align with environmental performance metrics (e.g., GHG emissions, recyclability, water usage).
Supplier Management
  • Collaborate directly with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time production and delivery.
  • Maintain ongoing supplier relationships, addressing issues, clarifying expectations, and supporting cost and quality control.
  • Review creative concepts and physical samples to ensure brand and project alignment.
Campaign Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Track and analyze program performance, generating regular updates/reports to client and leadership.
  • Use data insights to make recommendations for ongoing improvements and future program planning.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing account management role managing print and/or point-of-sale (POS) programs.
  • Proven experience managing supplier relationships, including direct vendor communication and issue resolution.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, client-facing presence.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to travel to client sites 3 times per week.
