Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of technical analytics or BI experience.
• Experience analyzing complex data to solve business problems and shape strategy.
• Proficiency with large, complex datasets and SQL; advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to translate findings to actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Effective influence across partner teams and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics and reporting to support Stars Population Health strategy.
• Develop dashboards and repeatable analytical capabilities for executive decisions.
• Create clear data visualizations and executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Define population definitions, segmentation, baselines, and targets.
• Collaborate with strategy, clinical, operations, technology, and analytics teams.
