Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Stars Population Health BI Lead to transform reporting into actionable intelligence across priority populations. You will partner with strategy, clinical, operations, technology, and analytics teams to improve population insights and performance.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, defining population measures, and delivering executive-ready insights to guide initiative strategy and resource allocation. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of analytics or BI experience.
• Experience analyzing complex data to shape strategy.
• Experience with large data sets in a large organization.
• Proficiency in SQL and MS Office including Excel/PowerPoint.
• Ability to translate analytics into business outcomes, exec-ready.
• Ability to lead by influence and present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze member-level Stars data to identify drivers and trends.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and repeatable analytics capabilities.
• Create data visuals and executive summaries for leadership.
• Integrate data from Oracle, SQL, Excel, and enterprise systems.
• Build population definitions, baselines, and measurement frameworks.
• Provide independent, data-supported recommendations to partners.
