Highmark Health is seeking a data analytics professional to translate clinical and population health data into actionable insights. You will partner with clinical, operational and financial stakeholders, deliver dashboards and reports, and drive opportunities aligned to cost reduction, outcomes improvement and patient experience.

The role requires strong analytics, SQL, and healthcare domain knowledge; you will mentor others and manage analytics projects in a complex, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years leading clinical and population health reporting and studies
• 2 years coding with claims, clinical, enrollment data
• 1 year project leadership in a matrixed environment
• 1 year providing analytical consultation to stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and interpret clinical and population health analyses
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure actionable analytics
• Mentor junior analysts with consultative and technical guidance
• Perform other duties as assigned
