Humana Inc. seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to lead reporting, analytics, and project delivery partnerships with business leaders and end-users.

You will translate objectives into actionable BI requirements, develop dashboards, and drive data-driven initiatives across the organization. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, validate outputs, and support implementation readiness while improving consumer experiences through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant BI/analytics exposure preferred.
• 5+ years in data reporting, business analysis, analytics, or BI roles.
• Experience leading moderately complex to complex reporting initiatives and coordinating requirements.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into reporting specifications and data requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills with data source connections and pivot tables.
